      The work is never difficult and is provided with extensive instructions. There are advisors every step of the way to guide you.

      A wonderful working environment with great people and brilliant ambition.

      Cons

      Plans and direction change so often nothing is ever completed to the plan. There are too many individual egos allowed to control things who make bad decisions. The talent of staff is not always trusted or used to the best of its ability.
