      Great relationship with employers who listen to you and are open to new ideas. A lot of flexibility in terms of how to implement new features.

      Cons

      Not much, perhaps tasks could get a bit repetitive sometimes.

      Small company so input is considered, casual environment, management believes in reinvesting in company, rewarding hard work and is not afraid to think outside of the box. Potential to really grow, great place to learn about SaaS and the entire customer life cycle

      Cons

      Small company currently so not a place to build a career in management unless company increases employees
