Pros

Occasional free lunch. You can basically wear whatever you want to work. The employees there make it tolerable. They do throw lavish parties that are fun.

Cons

Management is blatantly inexperienced, inconsistent and ineffective. Micro Managing occurs nonstop in every department. Company systems are extremely convoluted and are changed without any forethought. Compensation plan changed 3 times while I was employed. Executive team is in over their head and clueless about company moral. Constantly asked to participate in surveys to boost company image. Sales staff is flippantly managed with outlandish goals that are impossible to reach unless you work 10-12 hr days. Office environment is fun, but widely unprofessional. It is often joked about that the "HR" department is non-existent.

Pros

You don't have to have to many skills or a background in sales or customer service to work here. They hire anyone. They also give free lunch sometimes

Cons

The culture they promote is fun and a family, but in reality they allow unprofessional and rude behavior which starts with management.

Pros

Start up environment, looks fun and excited from the outside.

Cons

Ugly environment, micro management from people who have no management experience. Really low pay. Low integrity/pretend/lie/cheat people by charging 30% more cause it's a Monday etc. lol. Watched hr/management hire to generate sales, then fire people, as a cycle to generate quick revenue. stay away. Trust me. Waste of time and money.
