It's pressure sometimes on deployment day

Poor decision-making from management, often resulting in delays and confusion. Leadership is outdated in mindset resistant to new ideas and modern approaches. Senior leaders (old age, bald heads, grey hairs) with limited potential still hold power and control over young, capable talent. Lack of adaptability and innovation due to rigid hierarchy.
