Don’t join this sweatshop, They’ll take your soul away from you.

Cons

1. Insane Work Hours- They want everyone to work like CEOs without having any regard for personal boundaries. Toxic to the core. 2. Amateur Managers- It’s run by young under-qualified folks who couldn’t make it to a big agency and now make life miserable for others. 3. Zombie HRs- The department has no empathy and won’t solve any grievances you have. Stone-faced and cold. They simply don’t care about you.

Good work culture for the old employees who have been working their for more than 4-5 years.

Cons

No clear team hierarchy. Too much toxicity Too much of politics Seniors will keep on screaming you if you do any basic mistakes that will force you to put down your papers. Seniors talks very rudely to juniors Excessive work burden is given to the employees who does his/ her work on time Too much of favourism. I would never recommend this company. Because can't work in the environment where your seniors keeps on shouting you for no reason.
