      Very good organization.flexible timings, travelling, entertainment field, very good HR policies, all departments are very cooperative to understand the needs of every employee.

      Handling at a time more than 2000 crowd at cinema theatres.

      - Enough scope of work to help you grow. - Involvement of the top management in projects. - Freedom to work on new technologies. - You see your work being deployed almost immediately. - Good work is compensated appropriately.

      - Not a good work life balance. - Unequal distribution of work amongst teams. - Taking leadership roles often pushes you into becoming a bottle neck. - Not enough clarity in terms of vision across the board. - Middle management and HR is lacking.
