Pros
Employees are all very nice, friendly and supportive. You get acknowledged for hard work you do. Gifts, End of year bonuses and regular socials. Really good if you want experience in Admin, Data and technical things. Remote.
Cons
Office is in a depressing location with no shops around but since going remote that wasn’t a problem anymore. On-boarding training was not great but support was there when asked for.

Small family culture team. Occasional free lunches and yearly christmas part with entertainment allowance. 13th pay check
Cons
From a techincal perspective, too much techincal debt and lack of ambition to bring tools/technologies in the modern era. Constant narrative of 'if it ain't broken, don't fix it'. Lack of technical leadership and innovation.
