      Pros

      Recommendation for freshers they learn new technologies, don't spend more then 2 years in this,if you spend you lost your career. We got salary in 1st working day of month

      Cons

      Less salary, it is not more than hostel fee 10hr working hours Management not given value to employees who spend more then years(3 to ...) 🙄 No health insurance provided, no pf Out dated technologies, out dated higher management.
