Pros

None I had noticed here!!

Cons

- No proper management - No job security - Work on Festivals - No leaves even on national holidays - Taking approvals for anything is a big pain here - No response from management for any question asked - No payment or compensation given for overtime - Money Minded management and tries to save a single penny also - Firing without intimation. Reasons given are different all the time - They are perfect to find flaws in you but never try to dig deeper into the processes which keep changing without any logic or reason. - Egoistic management. - No proper HR policy - No communication from Management, even if an employee wants to discuss anything important - Favoritism rules this place - Dragging approvals unnecessarily without any feedback and in the end rejection. It completely reduces the productivity of the team and execution takes place in terrible ways thereafter. - Talking of customers all the time (which is good), but not considering your employee as a part of the company (which is worst here) - Micromanagement

Pros

When you say 9-5 Job, this isn't. While at other orgs you would have 7 Hours working & 1 Hour of break. These blood suckers would ask for a 9-7 Shift. Where they need 2 hrs extra everyday, and they wont shamelessly pay you overtime for it. Because there isn't any overtime time left without crossing the legal limits. Coming about the leaves - The company is simply stating we would give the bare minimum amount of leaves allowed by any startup so far because we want to suck the blood out of you till you are dry. Here Christians & Muslims are allowed to celebrate holi. But hindu's are not allowed to take leave on good friday or Eid.

Cons

The management just wants to engage in ponzy scheme of selling their half baked product to the customers without even knowing their business type. Forget about trust & safety, these guys are in a real deal to allow fraudsters to scam as long as they pay their monthly/yearly subscription fee. Our App is 1% stable and 99% full of fault, but just for the namesake they have launched the business from a Sindhi girl, who is just looking to make profit and nothing else. Please don't join this toxic company, even in your worst situation. It's better to starve and die rather than working for this company. Where what you get is 1% and the company makes 99% from your hard work. Please spend your energy & time elsewhere.

Pros

None. Zilch. Zero. Nada. Nil. The 10-minute break you are allowed for lunch.

Cons

All the negative news articles about BIK exist for a reason. The minute you join this toxic workplace, you are expected to perform multiple roles without a single day of training. All for minimal pay. Job security is zero. You will be asked to leave within a week of raising concerns against unfair pay. Asking for a justified pay raise after months of good performance is a foolproof way of getting yourself under a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), following which you will be terminated quoting performance issues. It doesn't matter if you have been already handling double roles and added responsibilities. You are still not eligible for a pay raise. The CEO is an immature, small-minded and toxic person, with zero sense of ethics. She loves to micro-manage every employee and is regularly abusive towards even managerial-level employees. Favouritism plays a big role here. The other co-founder berates tech managers as "below average" for not meeting performance targets in record time, despite a heavily down-sized workforce. Working hours are pathetic. Ask either of the co-founders for a day's leave and you will receive an email from HR asking to leave the company. True story. Freelance writers are hired to write on a contract basis and are let go without being paid for their services. Work for the marketing team and you will encounter a Marketing Manager- one of the rudest persons in the company without any management skills, and with the IQ and EQ of a peanut. The work culture is intolerable. Tip of the iceberg.
