Management moves the goal post, you can get written up for anything, even things you don’t know you could get written up for because they make up rules as you go.
Management has favorites and those girls get the best shifts with the opportunity to make the most money, everyone else is stuck closing every day and not walking away with half the money the openers/morning shift girls are.
