Very negative place to work, constant bickering from colleagues and management. High levels of unprofessionalism throughout the company, managers conducting 1to1's in front of other staff whilst openly discussing others' performance, highly personal documents left in the printer. Certain employees running the show with managers too afraid and weak to step in and act on highly inappropriate comments, behaviour and attitudes. Fellow colleagues themselves would often resort to deliberate attempts to belittle or show up others and would take no responsibility themselves for mistakes they made, some costing the company into the thousands of pounds. No fire or health and safety training despite being solo in the office on some days. Terrible working environment, loud and noisy due to constant building maintenance and often had to spend hours at a time in a tiny stock room with no windows, air conditioning or natural light. The job description did not accurately reflect the responsibilities and the salary certainly very poor given the long hours expected and hostile environment.
