Pros

Good training and national benefits

Cons

They will never leave you alone about the metrics of their bonus system, if you improve in one thing suddenly they will choose another one to bother you about. Can't call in sick because they need you to recover the hours of shift you missed. Back to back calls, poor incentives and lack of flexibility. Payment is not good.

Pros

- It offers an employment contract with all the benefits of the law. - Its compensation range was above the Colombian market when they started but now it's the same.

Cons

- Its business model as a call center agency withholds most of the profit of the hires for the company and gives the interpreter the scraps of what the client pays for them. - The line is always busy so the burnout and the rotation of interpreters is high. Their human resources doesn't do anything to address this issue and the interpreters are left with the impression that no one cares about their wellbeing.

Pros

Bilingual Language Services is a good company to start gaining experience. They offer incentives such as prizes, bonuses, and recognition for good performance. The work environment can be motivating for people who enjoy challenges and fast-paced tasks.

Cons

The workload can be heavy compared to the salary offered. The company has high expectations from employees, and the compensation does not always reflect the level of effort required. In addition, the schedules can be difficult and not very flexible.
