You quit your job thinking you have a career, only to find out you're in a 72-hour audition. 2-Toxic Performance Judgment: Management gives "basic tasks" for 2 days and judges your entire 4-year career profile based on them. I was told my speed was "slow" on day 3, despite never being given a real project or clear KPIs. 3-Zero Integrity: They pressure vendors to have candidates "abscond" from previous jobs, then terminate them the same week. They have no regard for the financial or professional ruin they cause to the individuals involved. 4-Warning to Candidates: If you are joining Billmart through a third party, know that you are likely on an unstated "probationary trial" that can end in 48 hours.
