-Horrible management system. Completly disregarding employee motivations. Upper management with unrealistic goals given the stage of the product. Very high turnover

- The company is diverse and inclusive - Compassionate co workers with a great sense of humor, who love what they are doing - Great coffee in Montreal office - Good compensation structure, which involves stock options - Flexible work hours - Since, it's a startup, so there are growth opportunities as well

Since, it's a startup, so the environment is fast paced which can lead to interruption in flow. But, that could be temporary.
