Truly care about their employees, very fair and projected work schedules, great home/work life balance, noticeably breaking previous system of nepotism hiring over skills/abilities in senior positions, senior management strive to maintain small company feel
Cons
There is a notticeable lack of forethought and attention to important details (typically referred to as "zoomed out perspective" or "counting on our people") causing unnecessary and avoidable delays and reversion to the "cowboy way". A very small percentage of the long term, untouchable employees cause of the majority of disharmony within the company
