Long hours, little communication and lots of cold calling to earn a decent living.

Good earning potential if you are willing to work hard and prospect for clients.

Cons

Ever changing pay plan and very poor communication with employees. Last time the pay plan was changes, they dropped the base pay by 1/3 and made it retroactive to the beginning of the month. Be ready to work long hours and make a ton of cold calls.
