Pros
Great culture, employee engagement, great work life balance (from a professional employee standpoint), direct level management support, empowerment and incredible business outlook from a profitability standpoint and continued business growth.
Cons
Uncertain career pathways company wide, some “hand picked” positions in semiprofessionals and professional job postings, one team one goal mindset sometimes gets lost in stress, young director level management (pro and con really, but as a company there has been some uncertainty with the major changes in leadership).
