      Solid learning opportunities overshadowed by toxic management culture

      Pros

      Good for starting your career. You build good knowledge about Building material Industry. High Marquee client interactive session, you build solid industry connects. Learning Opportunities only if you are focused about your work and not about the drama.

      Cons

      CEO is constantly involved in office drama. My manager will create these dramas and act innocent. At one point, very toxic management system by this manager or so called "head" Other seniors, low IQ, refused to upskill themselves. young kids, made managers with no training. It all starts from the TOP. Human Resources department is the most aggressive Department, you will understand the culture, after speaking to the HR manager.

Overall, it’s a great place for professionals who want hands-on experience, faster growth and the chance to take initiative.

      Like any fast-growing organization, some processes are still evolving and take time to fully settle, particularly for those used to large corporate setups.
