1. Project discussion also done in local language (Telegu).
2. If one knows the latest technology has to go back to a backdated one because of the team members. Management doesn't take initiative to upgrade them.
3. Code quality is not good. Probably not aware of the term.
4. Systems and equipments are not updated.
5. Cultural barrier. Employees bid 'Happy Good Friday'.
