      Pros

      Decent benefits. Decent employees. Chill environment for the most part.

      Cons

      Chemical smells. Kiss upper butt to advance, other wise over looked and not thought of. Butt kissers, don't really work. Never ending cycle, even when it's seen by everyone. You can ask for advancement and more work, but never given the chance.

      Some very nice people work here.

      Cons

      Too few people wearing too many hats. A mentality that says the Bimax way is the ONLY way, even when that is wrong. Very stressful place - if you did not have high blood pressure when you start, you will within a year. The only solution to any problem here is micromanagement.
