      Very average technology with nice but marginal people

      Pros

      After orienting you to their way of life, the job becomes very routine and not difficult. The technology is ok, but the company competes in the crowded reputation management space.

      Cons

      Too top heavy with managers. Too much socializing for my taste. At times seems like a sorority.

      Stability if you get your work done right.

      Cons

      -No growth unless you're the favourable person. -No timely Appraisal and it has been on hold for a much longer time. Management is not taking initiative or proactively providing information. So you are stuck with the same pay as few years before but you get to work more. Yay!! - What's common between sales person in clothing shop who passed 10th and a graduate working here...yup you guessed it.. "Salary." - Work creeps into your work/life balance, so forget life. - You are expected to do many things in the company, some folks sadly think it's a boon and keeps on grinding only for nothing .

      A high-energetic, intelligent, and tech-savvy group to work for. Leadership has tons of experience and values younger insights as the company continues to grow. Great culture, lots of room for growth, and has great values.

      Cons

      No cons - I can attribute this to effective leadership that can handle fast growth.
