I worked at Binary Semantics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You can switch the project and get the new technologies used in different projects.

    Cons

No work from home. No Sick leave. Management will decide your career. No discussion just final judgement came from management. Hr and Payroll policy are pathetic. They willingly delay increment cycle. If you are eligible in Apr, you will get confirmation in July or later.

    Advice to Management

It's not a labor management company. treat it like an IT company. it's 2019, don't run it like you did in 1986. Management has no idea what is going on at groud level. Treat us like humans.
