Pros

The software is for clinical sample management, so you feel like you are contributing to science.

Cons

Company has serious problems figuring out what works. I was laid off, then most of the management team was laid off a month later. Not sure who is left that understands the long term customers and can make sure they are happy.

Toxic Culture, Low Pay. Zero Growth

Jobs are completely remote which provides flexibility PTO's are good (25-30)

Cons

Culture is very toxic HR provider zero support Politics is very strong in the company and there is absolutely no growth or pay increase if you're not in the game. Highly disorganized company and communication is poor
