      Pros

      I am really trying to think of something positive...most of the departments work incredibly hard to get meds out to patients on time. Middle management works hard, but it is the locked door people that are the problem ultimately. If you are right out of college I suppose this wouldn't be a bad first job.

      Cons

      There are some people at the top that might not know particular segments that they play in and expectations are not realistic. Some reps have been there a long time and run things. You won't know whom to trust so it is best to work hard and stay on the phones and not gossip. They are hiring a lot of young people right out of college because you can get them for cheap.

      Learn SP, and salary, easy job

      Cons

      340b program is not together, 3people running it, no CRM. You do everything told, give suggestions, attempts at contacting prior contacts to sign up, going above and beyond and then one day not a good fit with how the program is progressing. Seems like bad leadership no directions, it’s bad when you ask the manager if they did something and they say oh.. no, let me do that. Doesn’t take weeks to complete tasks in any job. Read others reviews... they are growing because they clean house and hire/fire...

      Pros

      The IT department at BioPlus is great and is full of great people.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't understand IT and so they make ridiculous demands of the IT team and often the IT team gets blamed for when things fail rather than leadership who asked for something unreasonable in the first place. They like to think they know what they are talking about but their priorities are all over the place and it can make it confusing and frustrating to work there.
