Pros

Work-life balance, hybrid, remote options for now and unlimited PTO if you are a salaried employee

Cons

BioProcure/Prendio has become a toxic work environment. The recent changes in leadership have negatively impacted the overall culture of the company, leading to a dictatorial atmosphere that often ignores employee concerns. The CEO does not support employees obtaining certifications or recertifying in their areas of expertise, nor does he believe in promoting from within. In fact, employees who express an interest in promotions may face backlash, including potential termination. Furthermore, employees from certain demographics are often treated less favorably than others. Overall, this is a work culture that lacks emotional intelligence and can significantly affect psychological safety, ultimately taking a toll on mental health.

Pros

This company is coming back fast and growing after a serious slowdown for a few months during the lock down. The management did their best to keep us all informed and encourage us when we were all worried at the beginning. We had some fun virtual activities to keep us connected as a team. It's been a bit rough but things are getting better. They do some great appreciation awards, peer nominated and also picked by the managers. They are being flexible and letting us continue to work from home if we are not comfortable going back to the office.

Cons

We went from basically no work in March/April/May to a very heavy workload pretty fast. They are getting more buyers but it takes some time and we have been very busy. Management is always letting us know that they know we are very busy and they're trying to bring on more people but that takes time.

Pros

Standard 8–5 schedule. Former leadership was commendable and genuinely cared about employees. Opportunities for peer collaboration and teamwork.

Cons

Current leadership shows little interest in developing existing employees. Minimal opportunities for career growth and advancement. Compensation is below industry standards and does not align with the increasing demands of the roles. Responsibilities continue to grow without corresponding increases in compensation. Promotions are repeatedly awarded to the same select few individuals, creating a lack of opportunity for others. Leadership lacks transparency, and when communication does occur, it often feels transactional rather than genuine. The atmosphere has become cliquey and toxic, with clear favoritism that impacts morale.
