Some of the benefits, such as healthcare, vacation Some of the team members are humble, curious, and generous with their collaboration
Cons
No 401K match vesting till 6 years No annual pay raises (many haven't had any raises for several years) Some of the senior leaders can be toxic with their communication style and expectations. It's a culture of "do as I say, or else". There's also an expectation of toxic positivity, intimacy regardless of what is happening in your life or your personal boundaries for sharing

• Really, really great coworkers • Great customers • Ability to take on projects outside of your role
Cons
• Little if any discussions about your career growth (where you will be in five years, etc...) • Slow-moving in compensation discussions • Projects can go nowhere given the small size of the company
