      Biourja is a supportive and professional workplace where I gained valuable hands-on experience in accounts payable and data management. The team is helpful, and I learned a lot about invoice processing, Excel reporting, and handling high-volume transactions. The environment encourages learning and skill development, and working here improved my understanding of financial operations and professional work practices

      Fast-paced workload – Can be stressful during peak periods (Month Ends) Micromanagement – Supervisors may check details too closely

      The staff at the plants are amazing to work with

      Cons: Toxic Leadership: Insecure managers who see ambition as a threat. Zero Career Growth: Stagnation is not just accepted; it's expected. Punitive, Not Progressive: Your exit interview will be used against you. Blatant Dishonesty: The job in the interview is not the job you'll do. No Psychological Safety: Expressing dissatisfaction is a fireable offense.

      HR blatantly opposes, deceives, and tries to "get one over" on employees any chance they get. This causes further employee/company tensions. Makes for toxic workplace. I don't think corporate knows what does/doesn't go on. This place is being run into failure.
