Owners manipulate and intimidate employees Owners do not hold themselves accountable and make excuses for their mistakes Employees are not paid fairly - no raises year after year Employees are expected to regularly perform duties above job descriptions Raises and promotions are promised but not given Office space is overcrowded Environment has spores throughout the air system from manufactured product Management hotheads and BIG egos Lots talk and meetings about culture but it's all superficial

Some really good people there, products are cool.

Cons

Management is hungry for power. some take off 10x as many days off as the team they manage. (Dont know if policy changed). Unnecessary rules that don’t make sense. Be careful who you trust, people turn quick.
