The team is collaborative and approachable, and there’s opportunity to learn a wide range of lab skills, especially in PCR, dPCR, and nucleic acid extraction.
Cons
Career progression is unclear, despite taking on more responsibility and performing consistently, promotion opportunities are limited and not well-communicated. Workload can be high, and recognition for extra effort is inconsistent. Like many startups, job roles can be fluid without clear boundaries or expectations.

Friendly team / team-work based, interesting science (molecular diagnostics), in-depth molecular biology, can-do attitudes paired with creative problem-solving, openness to people having a go at stuff. All of the Cons can be Pros if that's what you're looking for...
Cons
The following wouldn't suit everyone's style of personality/ work: Fast-pace (can feel like trying to drink from a fire hose), flattish structure, lack of rigid career path, priorities can change from one day to the next.
