The only pro there is, is the benefits.

Cons

Forced to work long hours, you NEVER go home on time, favoritism is a HUGE problem within management, the only way you move up the ladder is by kissing managements back end. The pay is not worth the amount of stress they cause you. You do not get the respect you deserve as a long time employee if you do not play politics within the company. The turn over rate is very high.
