Pros

This is the first company that I have worked at where I feel heard and comfortable. In my previous jobs, my management didn't know I existed, but here I have been able to learn and grow with the company in the past few years because of the management and their vision and care not only for the company but its employees.

Cons

None that I can think of.

- Solving interesting/meaningful problems - Fast paced environment - Tons of opportunities to learn and grow across multiple disciplines - Working with modern and emerging technologies - Competitive compensation for the region with a solid 401k and HSA match

Cons

- General startup growing pains (disorganization, changing goals), though this has improved tremendously - HR red tape and formalities as the company grows - PTO starts at 15 days which isn’t very competitive

Pros

Great company culture. The atmosphere is upbeat, personal, and collaborative. The facility is top-notch, and the benefits are very competitive. Many managers allow for flexible schedules, which highly reduces stress.

Cons

In my department, we are not typically allowed to work from home. Some departments require or request that employees work from home, so it really depends on your job and manager. The office is relatively diverse in race and gender. However, the gender-age demographic is lacking. Most women are under 40 years old, while men more broadly range in age. Many more men hold senior positions, and it is apparent that sexism plays at least a minor roll in the company culture and career development.
