      Pros

      This is the first company that I have worked at where I feel heard and comfortable. In my previous jobs, my management didn't know I existed, but here I have been able to learn and grow with the company in the past few years because of the management and their vision and care not only for the company but its employees.

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      - Solving interesting/meaningful problems - Fast paced environment - Tons of opportunities to learn and grow across multiple disciplines - Working with modern and emerging technologies - Competitive compensation for the region with a solid 401k and HSA match

      Cons

      - General startup growing pains (disorganization, changing goals), though this has improved tremendously - HR red tape and formalities as the company grows - PTO starts at 15 days which isn’t very competitive
