      Hire with little to no work experience Friendly work environment Nice people Annual picnic and xmas luncheons Employee stock options Flexible work schedules

      Cons

      Company has been struggling to bring in revenue for years. They make just enough to keep the lights on. CEO and President need to step down and hand the company over to people who know how to operate and have proper experience. Stuck in old ways. Employees lack knowledge in GMP

      Pros

      Nice colleagues and relaxed work environment. Lab management is knowledgable and fair- no micromanagement.

      Cons

      Low pay and A LOT OF NEPOTISM. President of the company is still stuck in the 60s in terms of pay and forward thinking. Company never consistent in sales- marketing doesn't do their job!

      Small company with a good culture. Understanding of work/life balance. Ability to learn in a lot of departments, which provides a good stepping stone to larger companies.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room to move up. Company never seems to move forward.
