      Sorry No pros. This organisation takes benifit from employees and treat them like slaves.

      Cons

      No safety in work place No proper HR policies ( one of the worst HR services) No safety for women employees Head of the department has no Authority just acts like a common employee No proper leaves even in emergency No proper salary hikes Management has no proper knowledge No control on Attrition Notice period more than 4 months
