      Pros

      Great internal sales team. Very dedicated mid-level personnel.

      Cons

      Company run by sales and marketing executives who have no regard for regulatory requirements, or normal quality expectations. All manufacturing/assembly is done in Israel, with little or no oversight at the contract manufacturer.

      The above statement is not based on facts. Our head of regulatory is very accomplished and keeps us focused on compliance and processes, and our quality department does just the same. Manufacturing assembly is NOT all done in Israel, just some of it with great oversight of Regulatory Affairs and Quality.

      An Incredible Company that truly makes a difference

      Pros

      When I was looking for a new job, my resume stated that I wanted to make a difference and was looking for a company that was interested in the same. Never would I have thought this was possible to the extent that Bioness does it. If you're looking for the ability to impact the lives of those challenged with debilitating illness on a daily basis, then Bioness is your company. Great quality products with proven clinical efficacy. Continuous innovation. Great people committed to a cause. Compensation that rewards effort. Excellent benefits. Engaged and active C Suite Leadership. It's all here at Bioness.

      Cons

      I can't think of one. You need to be flexible and nimble since this is a company on a growth track. Company growth, and all that goes with it, is a positive. It sure beats the alternative !!
