      Working hours extremely disbalanced for Colombia. From 6 am to 10 pm

      If you work from Colombia, take into account that you will be working with the time of Mexico and Brasil. That means that you will be having meetings from 6 am to 10 pm almost everiday (because you have to be available in Mexican and Brasilian time) It wasn't like that before Covid and it was supposed to be transitive, but now it's part of the culture.
