low pay, opaque management culture, heavy workload, entirely run by sales type people, they're obsessed with BD without any consideration for developing or maintaining capabilities

I’m a usually positive person but this honestly has been an awful experience. At first they promise you the world and appear so supportive then the masks slip and they reveal their false personas. You realise that you’ve been fed a story. Managers are two faced and back biting. I’ve literally hated working for this company. The managers are dreadful in the intimidating way they deal with staff. The culture is very toxic and downright nasty. They gang up like a mob (mostly women). Certain ones are rude, devious, passive aggressive and crass. Their behaviour is NEVER corrected by upper management. I’m counting the days until I can get out. I value myself too much to want to stay. Dangerous place, whole company needs abolishing. If you are willing to sell your soul to the devil you will do very well here! If however you are a top quality nurse with integrity don’t even consider it. Working here will damage your mental health!!
