Misleading job description.

Pros

Free coffee (sometimes), filtered water, some friendly co-workers.

Cons

Misleading job, as in they start and put you where they want to. With covid-19 testing increasing, that is their main focus. Management is three brothers that walk around the building. No official training at all. They will tell you there is room for advancement, but there is not. You will most likely get hired on the spot, and they will tell you that they normally do not do that(but they always do). They pay way lower for your wage, and will always low-ball you an hourly wage. Most of the workers look miserable. The hours vary in shifts. One manager will literally scream at the top of his lungs in front of everyone. A lot of workers are always coming into work late, or not at all. There is no room for advancement, even though they say there is. They are normally given to their family members. Training is only online for HIPPA or OSHA certifications. You sometimes do not get a break, even if you do not they still deduct 30 mins from your pay regardless. The management does not even wear a face mask like they are supposed to. Basically you are expected to know everything in the company, without the proper training. They will float you around to their preference. Most of the workers will tell you that they hate their jobs, and the owners are cheap. I really made sure to write a review, to make sure that no one else goes through such a miserable experience. Worst job i have ever worked at.

Pros

If your put in the right office you will absolutely love your job.

Cons

Management is unorganized, no raises, no room for advancement. In order to even get .25 more even after years you have to physically write a letter to management explaining why you feel you deserve a raise. When your hired no matter what they tell you , you will always remain a "float" if something happens at your office and you have to leave and get a new assignement realize that you are now a "float" they will be asking you to drive here and there and they will make sure that it is within like 20 miles of your home so they don't have to pay you for mileage. I spoke to a employee who worked for them for 6 years and she said within 6 years she got one to two raises equaling about .50
