Pros
Pay, building is always cooled in the summer.
Cons
Monotonous, donors get upset when they are deferred. Breaks are often skipped due to how busy it is. Can't take breaks after 5pm. Full time scheduling is random. No constant hours. Management gets worried when you are close to 40 hours. Supervisors, like to skate and go hide in the office hours on end to create a schedule.
