      Management has to learn ethics, bad culture for employees to learn or grow

      Pros

      Lucrative Pay Packages offered; good product demand in the market making the management cash rich

      Cons

      (1) Employee ideas are not valued; the organization is a ONE MAN SHOW; In-experienced top management; no authority is given to department heads; (2) Bad working culture/ethics and no moral value - employees get yelled at & are abused at as a daily routine (even women); (3) unnecessary pressure is created - knowledge measure of Management is un-imaginably tiny (doesn't remember product names even) (4) Extremely short sighted decision making (5) Not advisable for girls - because of reason (2).

      Pros

      There is no reason to recommend in Biotique.

      Cons

      Negativity, Politics, Unprofessionalism, Weird Rules, Useless HR, CMD think employees are prisoners. Building is in jungle type area, no public transport connectivities, office time is on paper only 9pm to 5:30 pm but you can't go on time. I f you want to take experience of hell then please join Biotique🤮. CMD thinks she is the God, full of attitude, arrogant... Can't abuse to HR because she is duffer, illiterate and useless.

      Particularly no such reasons , sadly .

      Cons

      They do not have any proper HR policies . They do not understand their employee and don't want to listen to them even in business related matters . Very frustrating enviornment . No System of work and no one to guide you about your KRAs . No one to ask any queries . Strange .
