I believe talents are recognised here and wins are celebrated. The whole floor recognised the first milestone I reached in my sales journey and took the time congratulate me. I'm looking forward to achieving more in the future.

Cons

Small, scale up environment may be challenging to adjust to if not used to it. Otherwise, no cons.

- Very flexible and supportive with working arrangements for my family - Great team and lots of fun people. Really enjoy coming into the office! - Nice office and location - Good benefits and as we are growing they seem to improve year on year - Growing rapidly so great opportunity for career progression - Ability to work autonomously and not be micromanaged - Great and open access to senior leaders in the business (it has a very open door policy)

Cons

- Hours can be longish especially when compared to tech companies (which I used to work at) - Due to current growing team size the marketing and tech are in their own office which feels a bit segregated to the rest of the team. Would be great to all be in one office again
