Redundancies handled badly but I loved the people I worked with

Lots of people who worked there had been long standing employees with 20+ years with the company which was invaluable for training and the knowledge transfer and making friends for life. Free Birdseye products in office freezer.

Cons

Redundancy handle badly, having to train our replacements with no sympathy or compassion. Once redundancy announced no management came to Gloucester again.
