      Supportive boss Good colleagues Decent pay and holiday allowance Good I.T systems and support Given good autonomy to complete work with assistance available where required.

      Cons

      Poorly organised in some important aspects like disciplinary procedures and H&S. Entered administration during employment with some redundancies which was all kept very 'hush,hush'. Senior management very detaches from the day to day running of the business. Long hours. Poorly organised in call scheduling.
