They have a lot of knowledge in Azure, if you are interested in learning more about it, I do recommend it.

As any consultancy, the client is first, so getting the project done is crucial, it can be a fast-pace environment, if you end up in a team with busy colleagues as a junior you may not receive that much guidance.
