My hiring boss was exceptional for the first 2 years...when they moved my position under a new manager that was absolutely inadequate it was the beginning of the end.
Cons
mismanagement, especially the Sales Manager they promoted to COO...assume he must have been a good fishing/hunting buddy to get a promotion that large without having any experience...might be why the company went belly-up and had to sell out to Stock...
