dev team funny and helpful Flexible hours , but they can ask you to work Friday and Saturday without any overtime

It's the worst management ever. They have a very hierarchical and cluster-based system that affects promotions. They don't have a system, and they hire people who are completely unqualified and make them managers. They also don't appreciate their employees and don't pay them well. Whether you're a senior or a junior, you can't get any experience in your tech skills here. You might join this company to gain experience (just count years), but it would be better for your mental health to go somewhere else.
