1) Clueless management who is oblivious to who does the work and who is just plain bragging about non-existential work or "accomplishments"
2) Hired a ton of undeserving unqualified engineers into the ranks of bitmex, which didnt happen in the past, when the senior management decided hiring targets was the way to go. These are the people that brag about their non-existential "accomplishments" where they have done nothing much really of note to value add to the company
3) As with above points, no surprise, company performance has been declining rapidly and there's no sense of accountability and realisation within the senior management ranks that its a huge issue
