Pros

Flexible work culture, supportive managers.

Cons

Okay, so here's the deal: the big shots up in management are super hush-hush about what's going on in the company. You kind get this feeling that one day, out of the blue, they might just show you the door for no good reason. They're always downsizing and hiring new folks left and right, which honestly seems pretty crazy. And it seems like they prefer those full-time folks over us independent contractors. The policies for us independent contractors? Well, they're a mess – outdated and poorly executed. If you run into any issues, you're pretty much on your own to figure things out. Financially, the company's not looking too hot, and there's zero job security. Plus, they're all about paying you in cryptocurrency, which, to be honest, doesn't feel like the safest bet. All things considered, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Pros

Great domain and brand name.

Cons

Terrible management. CEO used to be a product manager. Has no experience running a company. Promoted very people into leadership who have no idea about running a company.

Pros

- supportive of remote work and unlimited PTO - some genuinely brilliant colleagues - flexible hours - strong brand

Cons

- poorly managed, people communicate within their own cliques and fiefdoms, absent of any broader teamwork and collaboration - feedback to improve is consistently ignored (regardless of the multiple nps surveys) - boy's club with fixed mindsets abound - absence of good leadership, senior management doesn't manage people and direction but expects results to magically happen for whatever's the current flavor of the day
