Pay was decent but not for what is expected of you.

Cons

Awful upper management (head office), not experienced, they don’t listen, steal ideas as their own, outright lie and gaslight, expect you to work a lot of overtime with no extra pay, a very toxic environments. That’s just a few thing off the top of my head.
