Staff is unreasonably under appreciated. Management forces them to do the job of 3 or 4 people for little pay. They take advantage of young and really talented employees.

The studio is very loud and good luck trying to get a phone conversation in the office anywhere. There seems to be a lack of good leadership and organization. They are losing money faster than they can make it...oh wait they aren't making any money...at all. The studio staff works around the clock including Sundays and everyone seems to be on edge trying to produce content yesterday and at unrelenting pace. There are people with no idea what they are doing, but act like they do even though it's all for show. I don't believe they will last the year due to funding issues, organization and business structure...
